Work Experience
Manhattan stucco work is as much logistics as it is trade skill. Access is by scaffold, swing stage, or pipe scaffold in a courtyard barely wide enough to stand in. Deliveries have nowhere to stage. Building staff and residents need the entrance and terraces usable throughout.
We plan that side of the job with the same care as the wall itself, then repair with materials matched to the existing system.
Buildings taller than six stories fall under the city's periodic facade inspection requirements, and cracked, loose, or delaminated stucco is a routine finding. We repair to a standard that satisfies the engineer's scope, coordinate with your consultant, and provide documentation for the building's file.
Manhattan holds a large share of the city's designated historic districts, from Greenwich Village and SoHo to Mount Morris Park and Hamilton Heights, where exterior work visible from the street generally requires Landmarks review before permits issue. We handle those submissions and coordinate schedules, noise windows, and access with boards.
Courtyard and light well work is defined by how you get materials in and debris out. We sequence scaffold, protection, and deliveries up front so the job does not stall halfway through and leave a wall open through a rainstorm.
Our experts lead every project with clarity, responsibility, and a deep understanding of complex site requirements.
